SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We follow round-the-week delivery of most of our products.
Our products are made-to-order and there may be some unforeseeable delays due to circumstances.
Please note that some products will be delivered in a dismantled form. Our installation team will contact you within 3 days to assemble the product.
- Our in-house delivery and installation team ensures glitch-free logistics. They will always contact you before delivering your order to your home.
- The modular nature of our products enables us to deliver even the heaviest of items like sofas and beds straight to your home, be it at Ground or 21st Hence, you do not have to worry about the traditional hassles of arranging labourers or manpower for the same. Depending upon the product, our experienced installation team will require about 2-3 hours to put the pieces together.
- We encourage you to study product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit through doorways.
- Defects or damages if any, must be reported to the delivery person and to the customer care immediately by the customer. Also, you must mention the description of defect/damage on the Challan/ Proof of Delivery.
- You are requested to be mindful and fill correct address and phone number details while placing your order. Also, please inform us in advance in the event of any travel plans at your end. It will help us plan a convenient shipping and delivery schedule for you.
- Though rare, yet sometimes there is a chance that certain order may get delayed in delivery owing to unavoidable circumstances.
