Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support the Lead Graphic Designer and creative team in executing visual content across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to translate briefs into clean, on-brand creative.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Execution
    • Create static and basic motion content for social media (posts, carousels, reels, stories).
    • Assist in designing marketing collaterals, store creatives, and brand assets.
    • Support product-related design work including packaging, labels, and catalogues.
    • Adapt and resize creatives across formats while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Collaboration & Learning
    • Work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer to execute campaign and brand visuals.
    • Incorporate feedback constructively and improve output through iterations.
    • Coordinate with marketing, content, and retail teams for day-to-day design needs.
  • Brand Consistency
    • ⁠Follow Spin’s visual guidelines and help maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Ensure attention to detail in layouts, typography, colours, and finishing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design with a relevant portfolio.
  • Strong basics in layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with static design; basic understanding of motion design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a bonus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
  • Curious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow within a creative team.

Bonus Points

  • ⁠Experience with motion graphics or short-form video.
  • Exposure to branding, packaging, or retail design.
  • Formal education in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
