Spin is looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into stunning visuals and campaigns that demand attention. If you have proven experience, a passion for bold, modern design, and the skills to lead a creative team, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing:

Creative Campaigns:
- Ideate and execute eye-catching campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team to bring Spin’s edgy, modern aesthetic to life.

Design Across Platforms:
- Create scroll-stopping static and motion content for social media (posts, reels, stories).
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's tone and connects with our audience.

Branding & Identity:
- Own Spin's visual communication across both online and offline spaces.
- Ensure consistency across branding, packaging, and promotional materials.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful designs.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure high-quality creative outputs.
Stay Trendy:
- Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of design experience with a solid portfolio.
✔ Strong grasp of static and motion design for digital platforms.
✔ Experience in product graphics and packaging design.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
✔ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with flair.
✔ A team player who can lead, inspire, and take ownership.
Bonus Points If You Have:
✨ Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
✨ Familiarity with web and digital design.
✨ A Degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
