Role Overview
As Lead Graphic Designer at Spin, you will own the brand’s visual direction and lead creative execution across platforms. You’ll set visual standards, translate concepts into strong design, and mentor the team to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Leadership & Campaigns
    • ⁠Ideate campaign concepts and lead their execution across digital and print.
    • Translate briefs into clear visual directions and impactful creative outputs.
    • Review and sign off on all visual deliverables to ensure creative quality and brand consistency.
  • Design Across Platforms
    • Lead the creation of high-impact static and motion content for social media (posts, carousels, reels, stories).
    • Oversee execution across multiple formats while maintaining a cohesive visual language.
  • Branding & Identity
    • Act as a brand custodian, owning Spin’s visual identity across online and offline touchpoints.
    • Ensure consistency across branding, packaging, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
    • Help evolve the brand’s visual language while staying true to its core aesthetic.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership
    • Work closely with marketing, product, content, and retail teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
    • Mentor and guide junior designers, setting clear expectations and maintaining high design standards.
  • Creative Growth
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of work.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years of graphic design experience with a strong, well-curated portfolio
  • Proven ability to lead creative execution across digital, print, branding, and packaging
  • Strong command over static and motion design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • A sharp eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • A collaborative leader who takes ownership and inspires quality thinking

Bonus Points
•⁠  ⁠Experience in video editing and motion storytelling
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with web and digital design
•⁠  ⁠Formal education in Graphic Design or Visual Arts
