The Role
We are looking for a strategically-minded Lead Designer to shape and elevate Spin's visual identity across campaigns, retail, digital, packaging, and brand experiences.
This role goes beyond design execution. It requires someone who can think in ideas, build compelling visual narratives, and create communication that is both culturally relevant and commercially effective.
Working closely with leadership and marketing, you will play a key role in defining how Spin looks, feels, and evolves as a modern lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual direction and communication of the brand across all touchpoints
    Build and evolve Spin's visual identity across digital, retail, packaging, campaigns, and physical spaces
  • Develop campaign concepts, communication themes, and creative systems aligned with the brand's positioning
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual narratives and consumer experiences
  • Conceptualise and direct product shoots, campaign styling, moodboards, and visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and retail teams to create cohesive brand communication
  • Bring fresh cultural references, design thinking, and emerging visual trends into the brand ecosystem
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance across all customer touchpoints
    Champion motion, digital, and social-first creative thinking wherever relevan

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or communication design roles, preferably within lifestyle, fashion, furniture, hospitality, or consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, visual storytelling, and brand-building capability
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, composition, colour, photography, and design systems
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling visual communication
  • Someone culturally aware, visually curious, and creatively opinionated
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in design, spaces, visual culture, and contemporary lifestyles

Software Skills
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Figma, motion design, and video editing experience will be an added advantage.

Experience
7+ years in brand, graphic, or communication design roles within lifestyle, fashion, furniture, hospitality, or consumer brands.
Experience leading or contributing to design-led consumer brands with a strong aesthetic point of view will be preferred.

Compensation
Competitive, based on experience and portfolio.
