Role Overview
We seek for proactive Business Development Managers to lead B2B growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients in their respective city and neighboring regions. This role is pivotal in positioning Spin as the preferred partner for modern, design-led space solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Identify and engage with architects, interior designers, and corporate offices for B2B collaborations and projects.
- Market Expansion: Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients in your city and neighbouring regions, aligning Spin’s offerings with their design and functional needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with industry stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial pitch to delivery.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and establish Spin as a leader in the B2B segment.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Spin’s design philosophy and product range effectively, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and gather client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Contract Review: Ensure sales contracts comply with legal and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in furniture, interiors, or design-focused industries.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design sectors.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
